Feminine Rising But Give Her Structure. How to Hold your Magic.

For those of us who never fit the boxes… it makes sense to
1. want to burn them all down, or
2. to reject every kind of framework because the ones we were handed weren't designed for us.
For many of us sensitives, wild women and rebels: structure has felt like a cage made out of rules that don't make sense. And when the structures we were given failed us, it’s easy to want to write it all off together.
But if we want any of our plans to flourish, we have to accept that structure isn’t the enemy.
As someone who has continually struggled to fit inside other people’s boxes and never felt like I belonged to any singular path, this is what I’ve learned...

Structure is not there to box us in,
but to hold us in safety.
Structure is the realm of the sacred masculine.
Without it, we scatter. With too much, we suffocate.
We’re taught: structure = control.
But in truth, structure is the home that lets your feminine energy actually thrive.
It’s the container that holds the flow of the inspiration.
The chalice of alchemy...
Feminine energy brings ideas, inspiration, intuition, creativity.
Masculine energy catches it, gives it a container, and helps it land. Without structure, intention drifts.
Not all masculine is patriarchy.
Not all framework is a cage
Rejecting it could be what’s got all your edges bleeding,
every thought fleeting, and nothing to hold your magic.
It's what finds you wandering directionless, ending right back where you started.
Likewise, the masculine requires the feminine to keep it from becoming too rigid. It provides flexibility, fluidity, and creativity to re-route, remodel, and add onto any plan—and not become attached to the outcome.

Structure without flow becomes rigid and controlling.
Flow without structure becomes scattered and exhausting.
Together, they create stability.
When we hold our masculine it in balance, it supports us in standing strong and roots us into a stable foundation.
Frameworks that bring your intentions to life:
If intentions are sparks, frameworks are a container that holds the fire.
Frameworks like the wheel of the year, lunar cycles, and the 8 Limbs of Yoga- just to name a few- allow you to turn inspiration and intention into action.

Erase the idea of structure as rigid boxes or someone else’s plan for you.
Envision the idea of sacred space that supports you.
My story, for example:
For my entire life since I was of working age, I did not have a regular schedule. The days I worked and the hours I worked were always different, and they changed from week to week. Because of this, I never had a set routine outside of work. I ate, slept and woke up with no consistency or structure to define my activities.
(no I'm not going to tell you I quit my job, went out on my own and never looked back...while we all dream of that, its not realistic for most of us.)
I left my job at a corporate salon, sacrificing my financial security, paid vacation time, health benefits in favor of a position where I would have work life balance and a predictable schedule that I needed to get my lifestyle in check.
That single change opened up space for the life I craved to fall into place.
My morning rituals could exist.
My yoga practice deepened.
My ideas found a home.
And it was this structure that allowed me to finally create the business I had been dreaming of.
Feminine rising, but give it structure.
That’s exactly what I had in mind when I created The Art of Daily Ritual. This course is designed to help you build the sacred framework that holds your energy, your ideas, your magic—so you can live intentionally everyday, in your own way.
If you want to create a home for your sensitivity, your creativity, and your freedom...this could be what your looking for.
